Also - do you think they are malignant, or benign? Are they to be seen as enemies, or potential allies? Do they have our best interests at heart, and do they care about us? Conversely, do wehave theirbest interests at heart, and do we care about them?

I believe it, but I think they have alternate reasonings. Their culture is much different, so what do they truly want in return and how do they define the universe?

Haha, but seriously, if aliens have visited earth (I'm kinda on the edge about this one, I believe they exist but not entirely convinced they've visited earth), then they're probably just exploring, and as long as they don't attack us or anything we should just leave us alone. Then again, why haven't they come to at least say hi? Who knows ;D

I'm thinking the same - I mean, if we visited some "lower" class civilisation, we'd want to take a look, right? Maybe it's just simple curiosity.
