Create a new folder on your desktop and copy and paste this as the file name. It has to be exact.

When you open it you will find shortcuts to almost
everything you can tweak and/or adjust, many of which you may not
have known even existed.
As a testament to how sad I am, I'd tweaked with more or less everything there. I just didn't know there was a wizard for finding good compatability settings lol
Apart from that everything had been played around with
